Biopeks offers all products grown on Anatolian soil with the certifications of three independent international audit bodies. Every harvest season, our production sites and processing facilities are audited regularly by accredited organizations. Certified organic farming is traceable at every stage — from soil conservation, through processing and packaging, to final customer delivery.
Our Certifications
🇪🇺 EU Organic (EU Bio)
Issuing Body: European Commission (EC) regulations No 834/2007 and 889/2008
Our products fully comply with the European Union’s organic agriculture regulations. The EU Organic certification guarantees that at least 95% of the product is sourced from certified organic agriculture, and that synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and GMOs are not used. This is a mandatory certification for export to Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, and other EU member states.
🇺🇸 USDA Organic (NOP)
Issuing Body: United States Department of Agriculture — National Organic Program
USDA Organic is awarded to products produced to USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP) standards. Synthetic chemicals, irradiation, GMOs, and sewage sludge are strictly prohibited. This certification allows our products to be exported to the United States and Canada.
🇹🇷 Turkish Organic Agriculture Certificate
Issuing Body: Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry — authorized inspection bodies (ETKO, CERES, ECOCERT, etc.)
This is the mandatory certificate under Turkey’s Organic Agriculture Law No 5262. Our production areas have completed the transition period and are in organic status. It is used for B2B relationships with retail chains, food manufacturers, and wholesalers within the Turkish domestic market.
Audit Partners
Our certifications are renewed regularly by globally recognized, accredited, independent audit bodies:

Bio Suisse

Why Three Certifications Matter
Each major market applies a different organic standard. Biopeks holding all three certifications together provides our customers with the following practical advantages:
- One supplier, multiple markets: The same batch can ship to the EU, USA, and Turkey markets without needing certification updates.
- Faster documentation flow: Current originals of every certificate are on hand for customs and importers — no waiting for additional verification.
- Transparent traceability: Each product is traceable back to production area code and harvest season.
- Continuous oversight: Annual audits by three independent bodies keep quality standards consistently high.
Our Additional Standards
- HACCP-compliant processing: Our IQF freezing and packaging facility applies a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points system.
- Traceability: Each batch has a unique lot number, traceable from field to customer warehouse.
- Cold-chain guarantee: For cold-chain products, temperature is tracked with dataloggers throughout shipment.
- Halal-compatible processes: Production lines targeted at Gulf and MENA markets operate compliant with halal food standards (certification available on request).
