When sending a B2B quote request, please include the following information so we can respond more quickly and accurately:

3. Destination country & delivery point — Specify your preferred Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.)
4. Certification requirements — Which documents do you need (EU Organic, USDA Organic, halal, etc.)?
5. Packaging preference — Standard bulk packaging or private label / custom labeling?
6. Expected delivery time — When do you need delivery?

Our B2B Process

1. Your inquiry: We receive your detailed request via email or phone.
2. Initial assessment (24 hrs): We verify stock availability, harvest timing, and logistics feasibility.
3. Detailed quotation (48 hrs): We share a proforma invoice with price, MOQ, packaging, lead time, and sample certificates.
4. Sample shipment (optional): Upon request, we ship product samples via courier (sample fee varies by product and volume).
5. Contract & order confirmation: Once terms are agreed, we sign the sales contract and process the deposit payment.
6. Production / preparation: Our production line operates per your packaging instructions and harvest schedule.
7. Shipment & documentation: Cold-chain logistics, customs documents, phytosanitary certificates, and certification copies all provided in full.
